He embarked on his professional journey in 1994 at 23 by establishing D’Alessio & Son Masonry in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The firm quickly distinguished itself by its commitment to high-quality stonework, blending traditional craftsmanship with innovative design.

His early career was marked by significant recognition when he received an Architectural Design Award for a Single Residence – USA at the Virgin Atlantic International Property Awards in London. The award was for a 10,000-square-foot, French-style mansion crafted from sustainable materials like stone, granite, marble, and elaborate staircases, highlighting his ability to fuse traditional European craftsmanship with modern building technologies.

In 2010, he took a significant step forward by founding D’Alessio Inspired Architectural Designs. This venture expanded his range of services to include architectural planning, design, and construction. His vision was to craft luxurious homes that reflect his clients’ unique personalities and preferences.
